Colombian Supremo

Supremo is grown in the southwest region of Colombia and is considered to be the highest quality coffee from the country. However, “Supremo” refers to the size of the bean, not the quality of the product. Colombia’s rainy, cool climate and high altitudes contribute to the crop’s overall success, and the coffee’s unique flavor is the result of the soil in which it is grown and a prolonged fermentation process. Wet processing enhances its balanced acidity and sweet flavor.
